Best around, highly recommend - Kenny, Kameron,Kris, and staff offer WONDERFUL customer service at it's best!!! They have helped me out numerous times in a bind and I can't rave about them enough. I know Im in great hands at Kenny's Auto & Quality Muffler!!!!
I have been going to Kenny's shop for many years (12) now and he has worked on my cars for years. I had the most unpleasant experience with his young lady working at the front desk. My car was in for a repair and they charged me for 10 hours labor, the car was only at the shop for 6-7 hours. I asked her about the bill and within me probably saying 2 sentences she stated I was being rude and I could leave the car if I had a problem with the bill. It was almost as if it was a canned or practiced response. I try never to be rude, but I don't think asking about your bill and getting some snide remark is worth it. I think I'll take my business elsewhere. The repair was done to my satisfaction but the unexpected cost and her rudeness are not worth it.
Came in today to get my tires rotated and get my stud replaced... Chris at the front desk displayed excellent customer service!!! Kenny stepped in and got the job done in less than 30mins. I would highly recommend them!!!
Family owned business with the greatest customer service. I would recommend anyone to come here for service on their vehicles.
Kenny has a good small business where they respect those trying to save money from high priced dealers. I don’t use the dealer because my cars are all almost ten or more years old and I trust him to take care of their maintenance. If you treat the staff with respect they will return it.
